Aim:
I want to find out what happens when you put skittles in water.
Method:
Equipment
- Petri dish
- Skittle
- Warm Water
- Small beaker
Instructions
- Get your equipment.
- Spread out the skittles around the Edge.
- Gentally pour the warm water into the middle of the pertri dish.
- Observer what happens.

Why did the colour leave the skittles?
Skittles have coatings made out of food colouring and sugar so when water touches colour they spread apart just like skittles do in warm water. when water touches skittles is causes a reaction and make it resolve from the skittle
Why did the colours not mix?
Because the water has a stratification that causes for a reaction
